Don't watch TV
Well I do watch TV just not that often. Because of that I don't see many big" happenings around the world. I think you took this the right way bring it to the internet since lots of people are on it everyday.
I know China gets earthquakes and things randomly and when you said the part bout that many people dying and missing.
Thats ALOT form a Earthquake, so Im guessing its the biggest one you've
had in a long while. Nice that you took it from the child view since children are more effected it by it since they don't know what to do and are mostly care-free.
The ending was a nice touch making it more realistic cause not everyone survives earthquakes.
I gave it max score so that it stays u longer and more people are made aware or it.

I am also chinese and I did learn that song when I was in kinder liang zhi lao hu liang zhi lao hu pao de kuai pao de kuai.... It's really nice. For the people who doesn't support the chinese government I think they are doing the 1 child policy because of the overpopulation (1 billion plus people) and of course many people will have no job or unemployed so to avoid that they use the 1 child policy.

and try developing the animation you used with the helicopters a bit more
