I don't hate it exactly.

But I will not drool over this because it has good animation and such. There isn't much to really draw the viewer into watching this other than "Oh look, adorable animals. Others may see this as some touching or poetic work, but I don't see that. Maybe i'm being too analytical. Maybe i'm not. You have no actual story other than a small wolf who is fascinated with the moon. Ok. Well now whats next? Oh. Thats it. Wonderful...there isn't anything else to draw us in or make us care about the rest of the movie. Nothing else really happens other than him 'thinking' he gets close to it but ultimately fails. Now before I ramble on further i'm going to make my point. You have a decent movie here. I will not lie about that. But there needs to be something more interesting than simple eye candy for the viewer to watch. I'll wrap it up here for im out of thoughts of what other points to bring up in this review. Good graphics, good music choice, but no real story to draw the viewer in or make him/her care.

Uh.....ok.....thanks? I have to say a lot of other comments people have made conflict with yours kind of a lot. Most people understand the message behind the storyline. But I suppose not everyone can look deep into films that don't outwardly explain themselves in a simple fashion that's easy to perceive and understand what message is trying to be portrayed. Thank you for your review though it's helpful information, I'm sure.

You know, ive grown tired of the same old mindless "comedy" that newgrounds is now known for. This is a great piece of work. it was touching, and cute, and perfectly drawn. I hope this gets frontpage, because this piece is easily better than any quick anime rape sex joke that usually ends up there.

thats was wonderful. i didnt kno wat to expect but it really was great. i caught a ingle down my back watching it. ur tellin us to go easy on u but were not. u really deserve these scores. 10/10 5/5 XD

see this is what its all about
it doesnt matter if the animation is good or not;
if you have a great concept and good storyline,
nobody cares about flaws becasue theyr drawn into the story.
an excellently animated plotless piece is garbage compared to this.
and not to say you dont have talent -
its hard to keep consistent when animating especially the bodies of animals, which you pulled together quite nicely

That couldn't have been your first long animation, that was great. I thought the animation and the music went really well together. It was fun to watch even though it wasn't funny, that's how you know it's good.
