Really?

Mate, we're all friends here so you don't have to lie. This clearly wasn't your first attempt. It looks like about one or two months of toying around and improving before starting this. The intro looked awesome and was slightly reminiscent of the Casino Royale opening sequence and the animation was smooth, despite some dull and sketchy backgrounds (tip: thin lines tend to look horrible; avoid them in backgrounds). However, I take marks off for bare faced lying to me, and to everyone else.

Not too bad

...especially for your first flash. I really loved the intro, but the movie kind of went down-hill after the first part. Still, I'm looking forward to seeing more of your movies, as it's quite obvious to me that you have a lot of talent waiting to be developed :)

Didn't care....

to watch, sounded boring and frankly it's lame to "throw a bunch of unfinished scenes together." Just finish up the scenes and finalize something with a story. Your summary is just telling everybody not to bitch, why don't you tell us what the scenes are, besides unfinished and a learning experience.

You cant make us believe this is actually your first flash...unless you've had PRO experience in some other program, then moved to flash, this can never be your first.
