Is it dubstep?
According to wikipedia, dupstep is "tightly coiled productions with overwhelming bass lines and reverberant drum patterns, clipped samples, and occasional vocals." You're lacking on the base. You know you have good dubstep if it sounds like two transformers trying to have sex with eachother.

Haha, not everything has to be exactly what Wikipedia says, but you're entitled to your own opinion, i'll take what you said into consideration and try harder next time, also thanks for the 8/10 :)
Not enough going on.
It's good, but it needs more filler. Try looking into some really ambient pads or white noise in the background. Maybe even a little telephone ring in the background before that first drop would work nicely. :)

Good stuff, but you still have room for improvement. I can relate, though, lol. I have problems with this kinda thing too. It's either too much going on or not enough going on.

I agree that I thought the song sounded empty at times and just needed that bit more, I might come back to it one day and try to improve it.

A little too minimalistic
It sounds cool when there's a lot going on, but you should try to have some ambiances in there. It feels much too empty a little too often. You're getting there, though.
