ugh...
First off, you have a glitch. In level 13, if you get hit by the bomb next to the jetpack, you can hit the jetpack and get stuck.
Second, couldn't you put in checkpoints or something in the last levels? I got sick of the game purely because on the last couple levels I'd keep failing in the same spots, and it got to the point where I really didn't want to repeat what I had already done.
Good game overall, graphics were a little poor, and although the setup is original, the concept isn't.

Simple, but fun and challenging at times. Only slight problem is the bug that was found as mentioned below. It's very frustrating, especially if you are struck by it in the higher levels. Otherwise, good submission.
