Not even good.
Regardless of all of any opinions about the moral value of this game, it's not even very good. Few options, lack of any sort of interaction from the supposedly live victim, and poor damage modeling mean that this is a glorified dress-up game. Can I put him in a pretty dress too?
And on the violent video game front, I don't doubt that there's an effect. Anyone who says that Columbine was caused by Doom is a moron, but the military has noticed something. Vietnam and before, their hardest problem was actually getting soldiers to shoot at the enemy, even against the Nazis. These days, the hardest thing to get the soldiers to do is PT.
Social commentary aside, the game is bad, and I voted low because it seems that most of this portal is satisfied by simplistic titillation.
