Meh...
It's interesting... I love "Gangsta Bean", but this totally didn't work for me.
Even the trailer was way cooler than this.
The main thing, for me, was the tone - it was childish, which was hard for me to get into, but then it turns around and becomes semi-grown-up where the narrator's voice - presumably Khale's - says that school is bullshit. And that's not any kind of pay-off for the animation. You spend all this time getting him to school, and when he gets there, it's over. Why is he hooked? What's the twist at the end of the episode? From a narrative standpoint, there's nothing that makes me go, "Man, I need to see what happens," nor is there any moment of conclusion or discernible end. It just stops with a voice that isn't Khale's, but is.
Your animation is beautiful as usual, but again, I can't give full points there as the pacing is way off. it seems like there are too many moments of comparative slow-ness for this to be a fun, fast-paced little adventure. It's as if the Matrix were to have bullet time in every other shot. It wouldn't work, and it would get boring fast. There's a lot of that in this.
In any case, perhaps your attention would be better diverted to Gangsta Bean 2 or something... Or perhaps a Khale video game, where the story isn't so paramount to the piece.
Anyway, good work, just needs a few tweaks to pacing and story. Cheers.
