Interesting concept. But I think something was lacking. Too short and, while it was well drawn, the voice acting, especially the girls, sounded low quality. And I didn't find much humor in there at all. Sorry.

where is the origionality? i see things like this all the time..... this is boring... "oh yeah haha thats the things dick uhuhuuh" no. you need some creativity... you put some hard work into this... i can tell, try taking your skills and i dont know? make somthing funny? ill give it 3/10 for your animation
Funny idea, terrible execution
I give you props for coming up with this idea, but you didn't really seem to make anything funny out of it other than the fact that they are super heroes in these embarrasing situations (and even then that wasn't well represented, no Fantastic 4 reference).
Even then, why would The thing even think about trying to get away with that? I mean, if he shows his picture or penis online, well shit we already know who that is. And you can't tell me that a couple regular cops with pistols can stop the thing. Seriously? He probably would have destroyed the cameras and maybed killed some of the cops (or hurt them badly).
I suggest you try again, because I like the idea.
