the vid rules, but Kira4494s "fact" is obviously not true. While america has little educational funding that doesnt make all japenese 100 times smarter than everyone else. Japan has drop outs too you know. Actually China seems to have the most educated people(those who ARE educated) are often pushed to their limits and work harder than most of us do because of it.
