Wow
The animation is epic, I've seen a lot worse from professional anime series. You have mad skills man :)
The voice acting leaves a little to be desired however.

3D animation is sucessful!
Very awesome the movie has alot of goodness to it, the 3D effects are brilliant as well, nice Job this series is probably the best i've seen on newgrounds so far ;)

Finally a profesional looking flash on Newgrouds.
I really liked the japanese vocals, it made it sound like a real anime.
Normally I don't like Mecha and stuff, but this looked rather nice. Good work on the 3d as well.
I don't think there is something wrong with the subtitles, but I am a fast reader. ;)
Just a few things that bugged me, in the beginning where it says '7 days ago', it would have made more sense if that was in japanese with a sub under it that said '7 days ago'. And also the ending where you suddenly see 'chapter 1 the end' was kinda out of the blue. But that could just be me. I would have preferred a fade out to black with 'the end' or something like that. Ah well.
Overall it looks awesome and can't wait ot see more of it. :3

I'm really looking forward to seeing more of these. I usualy don't like subtitles but you're doing a great job of using subtitles that stay long enough so you're not struggling to read the subtitles and enjoy the movie.
