I didnt really like it to much, there was only one little part in the mario thing and the pictochat wasnt that fun.

the mario game:
all you can do is throw a fireball, kill one guy, then jump off the cliff... you cant do anything else..

You're on the right track.
For a first flash project, it's not half bad.
But it's still not ready for a site like Newgrounds.
I suggest smoothing it out a little, making the physics in the Mario game a bit more realistic, and maybe adding more things to do.
