Great but you can't save the picture
I loved the game but, it feels like a tease that you can't save your picture. And maybe you can add more hand style. And it would really improve the game if you could change the background or moving editable symbols like a firing gun. Try to add the new hank too. But other than that this is a good game
More hand styles? I was gonna...but I forgot. Oops.
As for saving the pic, try taking a screenshot and cutting out the picture in MS Paint.

LucasMortensen was trying to say you cannot use the posters. I know this version is very outdated but if the posters could be added to new versions or fixed on here it would be nice.
Cool but you should add zombie hands and soldats and enginers (both have yellow blood) also add Hank and Jesus pls
All of those things are in the latest version, Madness Scene Creator 5. I strongly urge you to play that one instead.
