Start of something new

I liked this game there was only a few problems I seen with it.
1. The spiders are harder then the some of the bosses.
2. The storyline wasn't bad I liked seeing the storyline pop up but maybe get a voice to do it? Just an idea.
3. The jumping needs to be worked on. I would clearly jump from an attack and i would instantly be smacked to the ground getting hit,
4. Maybe have new weapons and armour maybe a shop within? That would be grand to have in a game like this.
5. Maybe even some upgrade points?
6. I like the special attack that was pretty good

Other than that this game is not bad. I enjoyed the music and I enjoyed your idea. It just needs to be cleaned up a little and little reworked and you got your self a game worthy of 1st place on the front page.

Yeah the combat is a bit unbalanced and the jumping is flawed. Im still a beginner flash game designer. I think I'll be able tom improve on the them in the sequel. Yes, there will be a sequel with many improvements and new elements to the game, but shhh, Im not telling anything more about it :)

Voice acting would make the already huge filesize even bigger and thus make the loading time almost unbearably long for some internet connections. I just dont think I can squeeze voice into the game. I wish I could. That would have been sweet.

this game was great

but next time add more weapons and have the guy to wear each time he kills some one at the begining of each chapter you can buy new swords sheilds armour and magic like a upgrade on certain magics ,make new magics have a little bit more gore to alot more blood storyline was awsome but you need more sword play like take the swords to have magic like excalibur the game will be awsome all and all it was good

Thanks, glad you liked it. This game is just the opening chapter for the real game to give some background and depth. The sequel is under construction and will have improvements and more stuff in it, but Im not telling anything about the details yet...

I second that.

Patrick is right, add some upgrades or skill points. this game could have given Paladin a run for its money if you had just gone the extra mile to give it a bit more flare & action.

Because of the huge filesize I had to cut the game somewhere, but it was initially made with a sequel in mind and at the moment the sequel is under construction and I am keeping all you guys's comments in consideration. I'll try my best to give it a bit more flare and action :)

well i thought the game was a bit tooooo repetative and i thought it was ok ut not great add more stuff!!!!!

The graphics weren't to bad but the gameplay was horrible. . . the music was ok. . . nothing to amazing about this game
