Collision Detection
Nevermind your glitches that you corrected. Or the difficulty or the controls, the looping music. Collision Detection. You need to get that right first. All the rest is well and good but the collision detection for all object, the character, and the bad guys, heck everything, is just broken.

30 guys at one time on easy
Slow down on the guys, and a tank on the first lvl? also there is a lot of GLITCHES that always make me die.
It's not the first level if you play it more than once.
Pretty sub-par
Yeah, this doesn't bring much new to the genre, the graphics are highly referenced and the animation is nothing special. Even the gameplay is lacking with nothing besides running, jumping, and shooting. Plus the controls are so sluggish you can't really make it perform how you'd like (try shooting down while dodging the ridiculously accurate boss attacks). Ok, there's a gun on his crotch...big deal?

im playing this game for 10 seconds i get to an elevator i die on said elevator and im glitched into the ceiling? pffffft.

there should have been a fucking continue, i got to the last boss, got game over, then i broke my mouse out of pure frustration, i was pulling my hair out by the end of this. ugggg.... one hit kills... bad contra flashbacks! >_<
