Acting is good
The sound clips from idol was funny, and Mario creators vocie was kinda funny
at times. As for the animations most of it was tweened standerd newgrounds.
Over all a decent animation with a good concept.

Actually, those weren't sound clips. Those were from BigK. I have no problem with the docking of points for spamming the tween functions. My next flash will have more fbf (and not just the facial features and bobbing heads)

The part where pichu is in the spotlight and the music is from a show called excel saga! Instead of pichu, it was a dog who was singing about being eaten! Heck you even put the hand that adds salt!

Good animation, but why not just use the pichu voices from the anime/movies?
Additionally, Lucario poking his head in right after was funny, and there should have been maybe a comment on how useless Jiggly is and was and forever will be... Just my opinion, that last bit (and actuall this whole thing to be honest).
In other news I miss my Mewtwo, but love Lucario more than I ever did M2!
Also, WHY THE HELL WERE X OR ZERO NOT NEWCOMERS?!? WHY GOD WHY?!?
Sorry for the outburst; it just hurts me that Capcom's stars didn't get in while a Sony exclusive and about 4 clones still did *sniff*

Well, even though I could've used Pichu clips, the benefit of having someone else imitate them is that I can have that person pull the emotion I needed for the... moments. This is especially important when you are dealing with a character who can't convey what they feel with words.
Don't worry about the outburst. I'm just as shocked as you are that not even Megaman was in it. Well, look at the bright side; when they make a sequel they could probably dedicate more time to Megaman. Theoretically, if Megaman appeared in Brawl, they probably would only have enough time to give him pallet swaps for character abilities. In a new game, they could give him full blown variations of armor similar to what they do to Kirby.

Best Flash with Pichu I've seen.
Your animation and artwork skills need a little work, but overall the whole thing was great. The twist ending in paticular was nice.
But nobody cares about the cute characters? Please. Note the overly large fanbase that want the swordsmen to have their babies, please.
