It's not that great. The art improved from the last time, but it still isn't much considering how high the standards are for flash now (eg. waterlollies is 10 for graphics). The story, obviously will be expanded but it progresses at a such a slow rate, and I'm not talking about the fact that it took you 3 years to make a sequel, not to mention the extremely cliche anime-type development. Overall you put a good amount of effort into this one, but try to make part 3 better.
it was decent, needs a lot more work and polishing
the animation was decent. alot of the basics of animation where done wrong. the voice acting is so distracting you need to work on the audio or find someone to help you on it, a pice is only as good as the audience percieves it to be, and if crappy audio is distracting, it takes from the whole pice.
you need to work on some parts and maybe try releasing more of the story and less main storyline chunks, looks like the plot could use some polishing.
other than that id say you have some raw talent to keep on polishing it and you could be a pretty good animator.

ok sorry if I'm the only one who thinks the plot is a bit flawed and the guy in the tank top is crazy but... yeah. lol. the evil guys are good though, but couldn't the girl do a bit more than just lie there naked? and umm... it kinda makes you think what would a loner guy do to a naked girl which appears out of a magic necklace. other than that, good animation, maybe work on your character's hair if you can. work on the girl too >.> gave it 3/5, be careful because I think this could be made into a parody by anyone.
