... stick to using multiple layers...
Wow that was almost completely terrible. I realize the main purpose of the project was to do something unique but I think some of the artists could have tried harder than this. The "jokes" (if you could call them that) were mostly inane and stupid, and the art was, on average, absolutely god damn horrifying.
The only redeeming aspects were the portions done by Timmy-The-Wing and black-raven. Timmy pulled off decently-shaded art which is impressive because (1) he only had 1 layer, and (2) because none of you other people did it nearly as well. Black-Raven had the only remotely funny joke and his art was stylish (no one else came close). Just because you're using only one layer doesn't mean you should abandon your personal sense of artistic style.

That's how you see it, but did you even see the animation? Or the menu? I spent a lot of time on the menu and the sound, the art isn't everything.

One layer?
Hmm, there is a difference between using 1 layer and using groups text and other things that build up a layer within the same timeline layer.
So its not a 1 layer flash, so now i just rate the animation quality. Pretty average tbh some of it probably wouldnt pass judgement but there were some great parts mixed in
No added value
This collab really isn't that good, the animation is at best mediocare and the music isn't that good either.
It looks like you just took a lot of random pieces, most of which probably wouldn't even get passed judgment and stuck them together.
Now I know you probably feel proud of your work but the fact you stuck it all into one layer... I just don't find the fact it has one layer too interesting or contributional to the piece itself.

Well I do all my work with only one layer, because it takes less time and sure it makes it look neater with two layers, so what!? Although you did it with one layer its not hard at all and it wasn't that good because it was too random, I mean I love random but this had no point at all to it, only to show off something too easy to do!!
(waiting for someone to defend them with big criticisms to me)
Though some was good, it was TOO random and some wasn't all that good, kinda 50/50
