Interesting.
Some of the parts were really good, and some of which were hard to imagine being made on a single layer, which I guess is getting the job done. What I'd like to see is a One-Layer-No-Movieclips Collab. Now that'd be impressive.

We had movie clips, but with only one layer.

That was a testament to what you can truly do with flash if you put your mind to it. Black-Raven's part was amazing. The imagination that went into it was phenomenal, and the chain of events was hilarious. Great job to all of you.

This collab is far from what you claim it to be. It has quality, alright, but I think you want flawless animation quality. I believe this was more of a test on the collab contributer's abilities to use flash using boundries, and to see how it would really turn out.
And in all honesty, I thought it would've been worse on first sight, but this is certainly VERY amazing in terms of skill to animate, 1 frame at a time, using only 1 layer, editing up the background, objects moving around, and everything else in general on it! It's very impressive, I loved the various thoughts put into this, and I hope to see some work without boundries set from you guys!

with only one layer to be used as a theme for this collab i thought it was awsome.
and the animators are very talented for their age, the majority being in the 12-13 age group, dammn when i was that age i couldnt animate a ball moving from point A to point B ... and i still cant.. well good work, i think this deserves a ten.
The thing I don't get...
Who cares if it's made on one layer?
I mean..it's like walking around with your eyes closed and saying 'look at me I can almost walk straight" or you could open your eyes and run....
My point being, you've got a great piece of software and your making sub standard animation and passing it off under the premise that its made in one layer...big whoop!
Use as many layers as you want and make something decent.
Besides that the whole thing was just pointless...a few random animations thrown together..i mean collabs are great when done properly..but why dont i just grab a few animations out of the portal, stick em together and call it a collab? Is that really a collab..i don't think so.
So..my advice...use some layers, have some connection between all the animations and make something awesome.
And yes..thats only my opinion.

Well, then the whole point of this collab would be lost. Have you ever tried to make something in one layer? It's quite a challenge. This is the first movie I've ever made in one layer, if you don't like it, go watch the other 29.
