I found a couple of glitches.
One comes when you try to run from the giant tank and gold hoverbots in central. If you go and save, you will have a clone Gustav trapped in the walls and you will be unable to proceed any further.
Sometimes the ice alchemy spell would be unusable because there was no description of its cost and effects, which somehow rendered the option unclickable.
There is also one benign glitch where if you save in the fishing village, Gustav will appear to be the size of his overworld sprite.

On a non-glitch related note, I think that this entire series is fantastic, although I think that this chapter kind of falls short of the potential of the second one, if only in the sense of interactivity. Personally, I think it was the interactivity of the previous chapters that gave this series it's defining character.
None of the people who weren't plot important would ever talk to you, the lack of a bestiary was kind of a hurt, I think, and you could no longer peek inside of barrels to find things, which I thought was pretty neat.
On the plus side, the party system was good, aside from the occasional 'invisible' baddie and the alchemy system is a definite improvement over the old magic system.
Overall: 5/5 and 8/10 stars Keep up the great work!
