I Can't Stop Playing...

When I first saw that Tom put this on the front page, I have to admit I had some doubts. It's a simple weight puzzle, and it didn't look like anything special. I was curious, knowing that there had to be some reason why it was front paged, and I needed to find out what. When I started playing, though, I realized that there wasn't anything more to game than what it seemed at first, but oddly that was the quality that makes it great.

The object of Mass Attack is simple enough: Try to make both sides even in as little moves possible. It's a simple point-and-click process, so you're able to get into the game extremely quickly. Once you start playing your treated with an incredibly easy first level, leading you to think this game won't get hard, but you'd be wrong. Once the game goes on and the difficulty cranks up, you'll find yourself spending hours trying to get it down, and when you get that perfect balance you can't help but smile. It truly is a simple mechanic and it works perfectly for what it's meant to accomplish.

As of right now, I have yet to reach the coveted Level 7, after which you can submit your score to the online leaderboards. Crazy Monkey Games did a real nice job this time around, setting up a board with no visible hackers. One thing that is missing, however, is a Weekly score category, but it's hardly noticeable. This is defiantly the time of game where those who are on the high score list should be proud. Another thing that is missing is some sort of progress saver. It can be extremely annoying to come back online after doing something else to realize you're no longer on level 20.

If you're looking for a big flash game with hours of gameplay and incredible story, then you probably don't need me to tell you that this game isn't what you're looking for. However, if you're a casual gamer looking for something to do on a Sunday afternoon, you've found the Holy Grail of Flash games.

A black hole of one's time and effort...

As unpleasantas the above line may seem, this game was QUITE fantastic!

I spent over and hour playing it, even though I completed the game twice! :D

Excellent job, keep it up!
