Wow, the reviews most definately varied.
This is a good game. It's not a great game, but it is a good game. Here are some things that would make your game a better game.
First off, the plant boss is glitched. It only moves to the right, then stays there.
Second off, the enemys do nothing. oh, the fire breathing ones occasionally explode one of your bombs, but still they are slow and don't really chase you. If the were faster and they tried to kill you, it would be better.
Third, another glitch regarding the floating logs - sometimes when you ride them you fall off and land on nothing. then you move to the side of the screen and can't do anything. this is very annoying.
Fourth, you can't save. I mean, this game really doesn't require it, but it wouldn't hurt, because sometimes you get glitched with the !@#$% logs.
Fifth, the upgrades are cheap. You get them fast and they get boring quickly afterwards. I recommend different types of bombs. some idea are homing bombs, mines, and moving bombs that explode on contact with walls or bad guys. Also, the timed bombs, you should be able to drop more than one at a time.
I did not complete this game, because it got boring quickly. Please, don't give up, this shows a lot of promise. One of the many things that made bomber man fun was fighting other people with bombs, and weird bosses. A few of them, with some of the suggestions other people and myself wrote here, would make this a game to remember.
P.S. About the plot, It seemed kind of hollow, and the grammar wasn't correct. Good drawing, though.

I really hated this.
It is a huge rip off of one of my favorite games, BOOM. And it just gets extremely boring after a while. Not to mention, if you get in the way of a bomb ONCE, you die, even though you have three lives left... What's with that!? This definitely did not deserve the front page, it barely deserves to be on Newgrounds.
Nothing Special
A knockoff of Bomberman, really. The gameplay was repatative and the 3rd level is nothing short of tedious work. The beginning scene also had so really bad grammar. It kind of suprizes me that this got a Daily 3rd, let alone a Front Page.
