Reverse goatee is in actuality mutton-chops!

Mutton chops are typically just sideburns that connect to the mustache, cutting the chin off from the rest of the face with a fence of hair. Reverse Goatee is just a goatee, but reversing where you shave. This could include the mustache since a goatee sometimes include mustaches and sometimes don't. So due to the mustache not connecting to the rest of the beard and due to the hair being everywhere else on the chin line, they're not actually the same.
