People, this isn't about emo things

Obviously this animator did his job, because many great works of art were very offensive to the people of the day. For example the nude paintings back in the 1700-1800's, those shocked the art world of that day and offended people, and so by the comments made on this his movie is a success.

Also the artist is probably depressed and doesn't want to live life anymore, and he wants to make his last moments something to be remembered and to live on through generations (metaphorically speaking).

Back to actually grading the animation

Alright listen assholes. The idea is to write a review and rate it based on the animation itself and not the idea or opinion behind the animation. like trickdog1. you cant go giving her a 5 just cuz you dont like the idea of that you got from her painting. But based on the work and grade of the animation itself. Also what if what you got from the animation is completely wrong. What if shes not tying to show your life isnt worth living theory but the opposite of that and touches on stupid shit that people do to try and beat or better their own work from others even though all the while they really end up being the same. shit like that. you want to talk about an idea acting deep when you cant get past or even start to think a little deeper....

Now. You could have done a little better with this animation as yes it does look like it was rushed. Its pretty choppy and doesnt look like it runs smooth. even for an animation thats meant to look natural and lack detail in some places to bring out detail in other places. i like your choice of detail for the way this flash is presented and for whatever your motive or story is behind this animation. try not to hurry your next one too much as it will show again. could have been smoother. that was the biggest thing. but other than that. great job.

Interesting...To say the least. I know you had a limited time, but you should use a higher frame rate. Also putting more detail in to your environments would help. Overall though, its pretty good considering the constraints. Interesting little animation.

A perfect insult to modern art packaged in a wonderful flash. Modern art has become a contest to see who can sell the weirdest and crappiest stuff for the most money. I's like the Kitty Krew animations getting into the top fifty.

Disregard the person below me, he's thinking to hard and trying to act tough. This flash is a statement, not a philosophy paper. And, trickdog1, believe it or not this flash is NOT trying to depict real life. It is an exaggeration of real life.

Unfortunately for real life it isn't much of an exaggeration :P

Stupid.

A person killing himself to make art, yea it dosn't get much stupider then this. To live life and to kill yourself pretty much say nothing but negative things, like life isn't worth living ( even though it is worth living ). You would probely have to be some kind of emotional wreck or just trying to act deep or cool to like this, this is nothing but a pure fact that almost everyone wants to impress others by acting deep, but at the lose of there own personality and being. Other wise graphics whern't great but they wern't bad, the dude looked like a alien or something, and no offence to the creator to this, but if your animations skills are bad how can you make a flash on art? in my opinion you can't, sorry...
