little flaw: the sounds
I really LOVED your animation! Good story and beautiful drawn, BUT those voices were so crappy... Hardly understandable, they talk through each other. It really brings the quality of such a good movie down, because it's the first thing to notice when you are watching it.

The voicing was chaotic
The animation was pretty good, and the special effects (flying trains, lots of boom) was really good too. But when it came to more than one person talking at once, it was all mashed together and I couldn't hear where one line started and where the next one ended. Space the dialogue out a bit. Otherwise, great job! Looking forward to Act 3.

You're creating an interesting world.
Your biggest strength is in your action, but there' s a lot you can improve on. Action can't carry the whole weight. Your art could really use some touching up in these animations, and I know you can make it look smoother from what I've seen on your Deviant Art site. I want to see the same aggressive action set to artwork that's just as smooth.
And for God's sake, get some better audio equipment. Also, I liked the dialogue for the most part, but I felt like the voice acting was lacking. You might consider some acting exercises for your voice actors, or maybe even just getting different voice actors.
All in all, not bad, but I bet you can do a lot better.
Not great but, preety good
The art (in most cases) was really good I do have to say. The only MAJOR problem I have is the suck voice acting. Or at least the recording SUCKED, it might have worked if it was proprly recorded.
