one for the books....
certainly one of the best and most thought out flash games i've ever played - the learning curve is not to steep, graphics are great....
a great starting point - feels like it can become something much bigger with time..
anyway - great work..
Takes a while, but great when you figure it out.
It took me losing the game 3 times, but I figured it out and now it's pretty fun. I loved the different governments that allow you to figure out the game yourself. I hope you make a third one with more buildings, maps, and governements if possible.
