This doesn't deserve very high
Sorry, but this was really bad. I do think that theres so much work that could be done. Firstly, when you make drawings and just draw a new line each frame, make sure that it looks good and not just really badly drawn. Secondly, there was almost no animation, it was just you hitting f6 basically and drawing a gun or something . I think this may get through, but deserves a low score where improvement is needed.

Sorry to say, but this was horrible. One thing was how you animated them being doodled. Try drawing them out in a layer below first, and then ,using a layer above, slowly have each frame draw in more of the picture, not just animate straight-ahead.

That was weird and not really in a good way. keep trying though. I can see you have potential. add more of a storyline and things will be better.

Very Bad. You are not the first one to make one of these. The song was horrible, and so were the drawings. Come up with better ideas, try better next time.
