VERY ADDICTIVE!
I played this game a lot,by myself,or with a friend.
The "Extreme" word comes from the ability to actually point the six-gun to someone else rather than try and suicide.

Totally freaking awesome. This really relieve the boredom when talking on Skype. (Just make however many people are in the chat playable, and ask them what to do)
