Reviews for "V-tech Rampage"

Smooth like butter.

Nicely done. No complaints from me, good gaming. The graphics are simple, but I dig the old-school spritey look. Sound was okay...this song can get old real fast, as much as I love it. Sure, it may seem heartless, but I dig it.

Suprising

I was expecting this to be a half assed attempt of a game like most tragedy mocking games tend to be, but I was very pleased when i found that it was far from that. The graphics were comical custom sprites that had me smiling the whole time. The game play was very responsive and smooth, very good quality. The sound was fitting but the music was sort of out of place it seemed. My only complaint was the difficulty of figuring out what exactly you are supposed to do. Mission objectives are outlined buts there is no indication of where they are or whether or not you have completed them successfully until you try for the next mission. Some sort of completion indicator or arrow pointing to an objective would have been helpfull.

Interesting

I'm not gonna lie the game was entertaining. I enjoyed the retro look to it, that added alot. I understand it is a taboo subject right now but, you know what, you have every right to make this game and you did a damn good job on it, way to go man.

P.S. 1st amendment ftw

well

was this a terrible incident? Yes, duh of course.

but here in America we have a little thing called freedom of speech.

No matter how terrible this incident was, I'm still respecting this guys freedom to make this game based on it.

My condolences go out to all the Virgina tech victims, but I'm still rating this submission based on the game itself, not what i tend to feel about the matter.

with that said, it was a good work with detail, good gameplay, and evidence that this guy put in alot of effort into making this.

i think that so many arrogant/ignorant/uneducated Americans out there sit and just let their feelings dictate how they act.
There was a lit somewhat recently listing the most educated peoples in all the countries in the world. America came 40-something...th. Yeah, talk about education.
(for further research, see: Carlos Mencia and his "dee-dee-dee" song)

THINK. if the public can allow 9/11, columbine, pornography, and hundreds of stupid pointless flashes with no effort involved everyday to pass judgment in newgrounds, how much different is this?

my 2 cents.
and good work...

Free speech lives on!

I aprreciate that there is some one who has the balls to use the right of free speech to it's fullest.

This is a pretty fun game the idea was good and I liked the old school, rpg feel to it.
