Not Bad! But the animation could use a little improvement. It seemed like the guns were extremely detailed where as the rest of the film was not. For example, the lens' of the character's glasses were different sizes. Fixing and improving little things like that would greatly improve the overall quality of the flash. The story was ok, but was it a teaser... is there more to come? Anyway, best 'o' luck to ya.

It was... colorful...
This may just be me, but I think zombie-related animations should be dark. This one had, like, rainbows... Don't get me wrong, it's definitely a cool idea, but I think you should tone down the colors some, make it so the background and foreground animated things don't clearly loop, and work on a darker voice. The voice was clearly a recorded one, and while you may not be able to do anything about it, I'd try and find a program that makes it seem... not so recorded.
However, the idea could make this into an amazing series.
Seriously, the voice wasn't recorded. As for the gradient backgrounds, that's what nuclear fallout does for you. But, most of the radioactive material is still in the sky, and as the series goes on, the sky gets darker.
