Nice idea.
I liked the way you spliced together two unrelated memes. The clenched fist breaking the lolly was cool too.
The graphics could have been a bit better (maybe emulating the 2 source materials more closely) and the looping was annoying.
It still made me smile, though not chuckle. Maybe having more rapid loops of 'nine thoooousand' like in the source of the 9k meme or maybe something else quickly thrown into the mix would have helped it reach higher hights of absurd humour.

Nothing to new or interesting, soz. Didn't like that fact that it went in a loop. If you just repeated the "It's over 9000!!!" part a few times and maybe added a peanut butter jelly time guy to it, I would give it a higher score. mmm
