Well there is room for improvement:
the graphics could be better, you should work on them
I liked the style, I think with a better pratise you'll soon make it.
I liked the music loop you used, however, I noticed the voice is really out of sync, you should fix it.
Ummm, I didn't make some of the flash, they where suppost to be pritty balanced for what you would see on an adverage day. Any mistakes with voice sync you see whould have been intentional.
Now I wonder what this review would score?
I got 85 review score and gold for the whistle, so that does make me like the game more than if I had failed when trying to play to win. The idea is great, and having played the previous game, I would definitely say this one is better. My only problem was the music, I really don't like that loop, but that is a personal thing, and it wasn't on all the time. There were spelling mistakes in the reiviews, but I assume that was deliberate, there are probably spelling mistakes and typos in all my reviews.
Overall very good, keep up the quality work!

A Noobnation Game, Awesome!
GRAPHICS: 7, The Beginning Menu Graphics were cool, espically the spinning lights. The Colors, Drawings, and Newground Borders all looked great in this flash/game.
STYLE: 7, I love the Style in this game. You get to play as a reviewer and review all the flashes that are bad and good. What I liked is that you put Sunshine in this flash. I was really Suprised about that. Sunshine Ripoff Pops, lmao!
SOUND: 8, All the Sounds and Music in this flash were pretty good. One of the Sounds kept getting repetitive and that got quite annouying throughout the game though.
VIOLENCE: 4, Some of the stuff in this flash has a little Violence, no biggie for the people under 13.
INTERACTIVITY: 8, There is lots of Interactivity here in this flash. A Play Button, A Join Noobnation Button, How to Play Button, Information Button, Etc. Lets just say thee is a lot of Interactivity in this game.
HUMOR: 7, Some of the Flash Movies that were made up were pretty crappy and the reviews that I can make like "U FREKIN N00B!" was cool. Those two things made me laugh. Other things just made me giggle.
OVERALL: 8, I would say that this is helpful to the Noobs on Newgrounds who don't know how to review a flash or Blow a whistle on a unsuitable flash. I like it, it's a good game, and I think everybody will like it as well. Great Job Noobnation and Little Rena. 5!

The game is okay, I like how you made so many animations to put into this. Sounds get old fast and you didn't use great ones for the in-game animations, but this isn't unusual for such old games. The gameplay was pretty simple and there were no games in the synthesized portal - only movies. At times the reviews seemed pretty neck and neck with each other, which I thought made it a little too tough since it is a matter of opinion after all.
Fun game but nothing to write home about.

Only getting one whistle-related medal at a time was annoying, but that's only a nitpick of mine.
The animation for whistling a flash is pretty funny, too.
