But Ijesuschrist is right... You do one thing wrong and your experience on windows is screwed and then its off to crashing windows you go.. No thx... I still gave you a passing score though cause its cool...

Good, but one thing:
IT DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >:( Whenever I try to save it it says 'Cannot create C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe'. How do I fix that?

You prolly have explorer.exe still running, or you have some defense software preventing the replacement of the file. Thanks for the review!
No preloader
You should have really put a preloader on that. it takes ages to load on my comp, and other people i knows pcs as well and probably the minority who are still on dial-up too.
