Gee, thanks. I will!
wow
that just looks...amazing. tracing every line must have taken a hella long time, but i think this style has awesome potential.
Indeed it did. I don't think that I'll ever really be able to enjoy these things completely...by the time I've finished it, I'm so sick of tracing over the lines, :P
That's three dimensions of true genius.
Astounding. I never thought of that.
You've got a 10 for style because this style it unseen and you did it in an extraordinaly way.
A 9 in sound is for the fact that sound is very crisp, quite serious, and fits the setting.
You have a 7 in graphics because it is possible to improve on the tracing and it is possible to add colour.
Overall, I'm giving you a 9.
What to improve on:
--you can make the tracing less shifty.
--you can add colour.
Otherwise, it is a very good flash. Nice going!
Many thanks! I agree that the tracing was sometimes shifty; I couldn't see the lines to trace because I didn't have the foresight to turn the lights on :P
Anyway, great review. I agree that the music fit the animation; it was the only one that I had that really fit. Anyway, thanks!
Interesting
I think this style has a lot of potential. maybe if you just add some sort of plot or storyline, im sure it would be much better
Yeah... I'm sorry about the utter lack of purpose. It was mostly an experiment, and then I thought, what the hell, and so I submitted it.
Wow.
Well, I don't really know how hard the flash was, but I'd say it must be pretty hard for just one guy to do it alone, even for a normal flash. If you could do one with a guy doing fighting moves and stuff for like 30 seconds with added effects, I bet it will be killer. Good work with the motion capture too.
Actually, the funny thing is, I took some killer fighting video and I actually have a motion capture for it sitting in my computer :P
But yeah, it is pretty tedious after a while. But this motion capture was easier than a person because with a person, youy have to make, like, infinity lines because the human figure is curvy, but with 3D environments, it's just mostly straight lines. Thanks!
