the only thing that i don't get is that once the rest of them jump into the grid (which i don't get how they did) they suddenly beat it. Whats up wit that!? Still great though!

Pretty good....
But it could be better, easily. Voice actors, trust me, much more intresting than reading text. The music needs to be more high tense. You forgot little details, such as the horrificly ugly text, and ugly life bar. Also, that shadow guy, when he moves, it looks bad, instead try a shape tween. Also, the intro was boring. Remember, the intro has to be 2nd best part of any action movie (and the end the best)
However, these are just nitpicks, so its pretty good, worthy of an 8.
