Good
It's a nice flash, few things though.
1 - If the flash doesn't match the length of the song, edit the song down for it to fit better (in this case the first verse and then the ending chorus would have fitted better) or try to use a none lyrical song.
2 - For fight scenes, try timing certain parts of the action to time with the music (Like when the bad guy goes through the mountain would have gone better with the exact beginning of the chorus).
But it's a good flash, keep it up.

You are definitely a Dragon Ball Z fan and its a very good flash since its drawn. A lot of room for improvemnt and I loved the music. Why is Cell red by the way?? or is that what you wanted him to look like ( I'm 13 years old too but I'd rather make a sprite movie)

This one wasn't so bad. The graphics were OKish, and there was some violence. Other than that, not really good. First off, here's some friendly advise. Never ever include your age in your movie, just for the sake of having it there. Especially if you are under 15. I don't have anything against 13 year old (as long as they act normal), but some of the users here do. So don't do that again. Also, if you are going to use music in your Flash, please refrain from using Linkin Park, or all other over-used music groups, for that matter. Not only are they over-used, most people also more or less despise their music here. Anyway, enough critique. All in all, this is higher quality than most of the stuff that gets crammed here, so this might pass judgement. Although next time, watch the points I mentioned, and you'll get there.

You really put effot into this. Reminds me of my old animations (Which never got finnished) If you were to improve this Add some more shading and include some really cool blur effects in the power ball thingys and do remember to inclide more layers cuz when you did the eyes I noticed their all done on one layer.
You my firend have got potenial to become a famouse flash artist. Just keep working on your animations. (Sorry I had to vote so low on the Overal. I'm just trying to be honist)
