I loved this tutorial. I was pretty good with flash before seeing this tutorial, but this really opened my eyes to the endless possibilities of flash. Thank you for this tutorial-

P.S. Can someone explain to me in the RPG part why if I put two dollar bills (both with the same actionscript) on the stage, and I pick them both up, the dynamic text stays at 1? I know its because flash thinks the 1 is a string, but how do I change the type of variable in a dynamic text box? Any help is great, thanks.

I am just starting out in flash and I think it is very useful. I know a tutorial collab 07' will be coming out sometime soon so, as a beginner, I was wondering if you could include dynamic text boxes in the next one and show how to use them. I was trying the RPG tutorial and when I got to the dynamic text part (When your character goes over the clip of money, and the money is supposed to go away and add 1 to the totalmoney) I was completely lost.
All in all, a very useful tutorial though. Thanks.
