Very nice
Perfect use of the contrasting Christmas colors, green and red. You even made her hair green and her eyes red, a near perfect combo (XD I like redheads and green eyes) But this picture is perfect, in fact I'd use it as a Christmas card.

The coloring is amazing, and the drawing itself is brilliant. The anatomy i s almost perfect, aside from the arms looking a bit too short.
The elf has a lot of personality. It's cute, and the background really brings out the Christmas spirit of the picture.
Btw, if you look at it wrong, it looks like she has a moustache. xD
