Very Cute
I like the illustrative style, and that you used the red and green hues throughout the piece. It's vivid without being obnoxious, eye catching. I don't see why someone would fuss about less-than-perfect anatomic qualities, as "traditional" North Pole Elves are usually depicted as super-deformed short, squat little things... and people have no problem using THAT as their basis for comparison when you think "Elf".
Honestly, if I had to be holed-up someplace cold and remote, save for one night out of the year - I'd much rather have the companionship of Elves with the body proportions like this cheery example, as opposed to the ones we see in those stop-motion animated Burl Ives TV specials.
Still want to know what's in the Box she's carrying.
Maybe that Ghost in the Shell DVD series I've been pining for.
