Reviews for "Artifice and Inquisition"

Great example of sampling and scratching.

Although I dont like the drums much, or the backround synths, the way you arranged this with the samples and the way you scratch, it's good. Good job, but I feel it needs more energy.

I'm pleased the scratching/tapestop effects came across well as I spent proportionately a large blk of my time on them.

loved it

mainly the fact that you worked in gir is the best part XD

InvisibleObserver responds:

You'll have to send me a PM including what "GIR" is.

Amazingly well done

I personally would like more vocals in this song but that is an opinion,
Where this song is great and that's a fact.

InvisibleObserver responds:

I totally print screened this and put it in my scrap book to reflect on later in life.

Good intro :D

Like the tune alot, sometimes it feels a little random (perhaps its the voice-clips that makes me think that way), anyway its a good song. And it deserves a high rate ;)

InvisibleObserver responds:

I agree with your last statement.

Genius Intro! :3

I like how you took a bit more tonal approach to your stuff. :3 & Also, I'm noticing more repetition than other songs you have. O: It seems you focused more on being melodic, which results in giving the song a more established..."identity" Instead of your usual "all-over-the-place-ness" I guess you can say. XD Either way, your Avant-garde style is very refreshing. This is another one of my favorites from you. :D

InvisibleObserver responds:

Your comments are all true, though the focus was on the scratching effects and some of the ynth instrument creation. Being tonal/not really isn' a major trick or complexity. :P

Thanks for taking the time to comment.
