Reviews for "The Sewers"

Good job..could be better

This was a pretty good game man, seriously, but the levels should of been a lil more detailed and the jumping sound was kinda annyoing and you should make it when the character jumps and lands he moves a little bit as if he was sliping on oil or sumthing but other than that it was a kool game

Full of glitches

It's okay, but man, fix all the bugs and glitches!
I just die at most random moments.

Basszilla responds:

Yea there were a couple of bugs with the obstacle radiuses. Thanks for pointing them out

Not bad for a newb.

This is definately a great first try on the interactivity part, but the graphics and sound could be better.

Keep practicing and one of your works might end up on front page. :)

Basszilla responds:

Front page? Cool, and yeah, I'm definetly working on the graphics in the full version.

alright

this is a good game but is way to easy to die i dont know if i didnt read the instructions wrong but i couldnt find a way to fight anything i just died alot

Basszilla responds:

Heh. Yeah you can't kill the enemies yet, it's something I'm working on for the full version. Thanks for the review.

shows promise. keep trying

the big problems:
the character slides whenever he moves. meaning, he doesnt stop when you stop moving him.
some of the platforms move out from under the character. he stays in one spot and the platform moves out from under him.
the one-hit-kill thing is irritating, but some games pull it off, so if you want to keep it, go for it.
and, if the wall on the first area that goes up and down is supposed to hurt the character, it doesnt. it goes through him if you stand under it.

Basszilla responds:

Thanks for pointing these out. I'm gonna improve the friction cause loadsa people say he keeps sliding. I'm working on variables and a life bar for the full version aswell.
