I like the style of the animation, but a longer, more cohesive submission would be nice.

Umm....
Some people might find this.... creepy, if nothing else. Especially the part with the muscle-guy's veins IMO. While this isn't the best of the features I've seen, I give it points based 99.9% on the "diffrentness" of it.
Is that even a word.... No, i made it up. but it suits this feature. Just use this as a jump off point to get better.

Can't give you too many points unfortunately, especially due to the lack of coherence.
Seems like you've done everything frame by frame, even when not necessary, I appreciate the effort, but you should play around with flash more so you can gain some knowledge.
I appreciated the joke about the guy flexing his muscles and veins appearing everywhere, but maybe they should have appeared more random.
Cleaning up your art would be nice. Also, color couldnt hurt. And some soundeffects.
Also, get a sound editing program, because the filesize was about 10 times biggerthan necessary, I think.
But there's a lot of potential there. You could be real big.

But looks like you'll porbably have a promising future as a flash guru. It's not bad enough to be blammed. But no awards for it. It definately deserves to be protected...so i'll honor that.
