You're right, that IS random.
It could use some sound effects, and it is short. You need to work on that.

Being thirteen is no excuse for making bad flash. There are alot of thirteen year old who make better flash than you.
Probably won't pass for one reason:
You said you're 13 and that this basically grants you amnesty from criticism. The exact opposite is the case. Not only do most people dislike younger animators who are far from experts, but PLAYING the age card is just dumb.
You also need plot and more color. The actual art and animation are pretty good, but still, never comment on your age and get a decent plot down, and you're set.
Not that this is the best movie I've ever seen, but the --potential-- for goodness in your future is much more visible than most newcomers.
