Reviews for "Imminent"

wtf?

Love the game, awesome graphics and gameplay, but why on earth does it say defeat after you finish victory mode??

Leonardo-Da-Finchy responds:

Aah, that's twice that's been mentioned, now. I'll look into it!

Whoooooooooo

Been Playin for about 2 hours and still fun. First victory then Defeat to level 50 almost all weapons then decided I had to eat.

Anyway:
Graphics: Enemys and bullets were really good.
Improvments: The terrain needed a fix especcially in the later levels

Style: I have apsolutely no idea what this ment from the start

Sound: Nice music. I like it how its 7 tracks not just 1 or 2
Improvements: Maybe a playlist window?

Violence: You blow shit up. Need I say anymmore?
Improvements:None

Interactivity: Nice action scripting. Anyway, you piont, aim, fire, enemy go boom. Nuff' said
Improvements: None

Humor: Not very humourous but its not supposed to be.
improvements: None

A save feature would've been nice but this is a very addictive game.

Leonardo-Da-Finchy responds:

The later levels are supposed to be bare cracked rock. Throughout the lusciousness of the land deteriorates, or at least that was the idea. Oh, and I don't know how to AS saving externally. Cheers dude!

Clever!

Occasionally, there are insights or inventions that are so elegantly simple, you have to say to yourself, "damn, why didn't I think of that?" This flash pushes the Defense genre into 2d, literally adding an entirely new dimension to the chaos.

Leonardo-Da-Finchy responds:

Aah, the old one dimensional gaming. Thanks, but if by that you meant the enemies coming in from all sides, that's been done. If otherwise, well, yay! Cheers, dude!

One Sugestion...

I like this game a lot and just finnish beating the "Grand Victory" mode.
The replay value would be higher if you add some cheat codes or at least let you keep your upgrades at the end of a match.

Leonardo-Da-Finchy responds:

There were cheats, but only for testing purposes. I'd accidentally left them in before, but they're gone now. I think that cheats wouldn't have added to the game. It'd only have made it boring.

man my pupils must have split

ohh man im tender after finishing this game on hard.. man so many lifes lost over the battle of a turret in midspace.

It was a good game compared to many defence games.

I had fun playing it and when u start u cant just close without finishng it, and im starting to think my eyes melted about lv26.

if u are planning to update this game plz make it so bodys and wrecks removes after a while, rounds often ended up with a bit lag.
And the flashing background could gladly have been solid of any color.
(4/5)

Leonardo-Da-Finchy responds:

Thanks for that. Wreckage does remove after a while. I tried to balance slow down against "decoration" and it was working fine on my computer at medium quality. And I have toned down the "Evil Aura". Yes, that's what it was supposed to be. You should have seen it before!
