Strong potential

First of all: I like it. But, I really think there's a lot you could change to improve it. To start, the voices... they're all well acted, but I really think this story could be told better without spoken word or subtitles or anything. Word bubbles with pictures and a little emoting could convey the entire story. I like the monkey soliciting for sex, but, again, that could be shown with a word bubble with a bed moving back and forth.

So, there'd need to be a little bit of rewriting, but I think ditch the script and the voices, use your awesome animation talents, convey the story non-verbally, and remember that simple and clear ideas are best for humorous SMB tribute/parody pieces. 4 out of 5. B

Good, but the voices were odd

Nice job Darius and 1up. This was a funny Mario parody and I will stick out for part 2. Let me know if you need any help with the second part (Voices, sprites, etc.) Anyway, great movie guys!

not bad

it wasn't too bad. It was funny thats for sure. I didn't like how the mask's voice was made. It just didn't seem too good. Also, I personally didn't like the backrounds being of different games and graphics than the characters. Finally, there wasn't any depth to it really. But overall wasn't too bad.
