Blasphemous.

Graphics were really good

I thought this game was damn good. For those of you complaining about the graphics, I will stand up and say that I thought there were actually very good. You have to think, not everyone is a natural artist. Having Photoshop, Fireworks, Gimp, or whatever still takes some artistic ability to create nice looking graphics. I have been using Fireworks for 3.5 years and I am still not as good as some others who have been doing graphics for a shorter time. Speaking of which, it does surprise me that no one recognizes Fireworks for graphics even though everyone on here uses Flash?? But that's another story.
With the graphics he had, you could easily make out what everything was, which is good enough for me.
For the gameplay, I thought it was pretty fun. Definitly a long game, which is good since I hate games that end too soon.
Improvements:
1. Make it more of a challenge. I don't mean make enemies fiercer or anything, but make the puzzles (find the key, get this item and use it here kind of stuff) more difficult. It really wasn't too hard to figure out with only one key and one locked door at a time. I guess just think about something more elaborate. Try this: Take some paper out, draw some boxes representing all the places you can go in a building, and try to think of something cool to link all the items with how they are used. Try to make the user think more.
2. Although I personally don't have a problem with the graphics at all, I would still suggest looking into a graphics editor since unfortunately people do bitch (as you have noticed) when you don't use them.
3. Fix some of the navigation buttons. What I found was that not all of the buttons say "back" when you have come from another place. Look into that.
Final note: I think personally people who havn't made a game (not just in Flash but in any language/program) should not be allowed to rag on people for a certain aspect of another user's game. You have to understand the amazing amount of work (graphics, storyline, animations, code, sound, character, character development, etc. etc. etc.) that goes into ONE game. So if you are by yourself making a game, sometimes certain aspects of the game need to suffer so other aspects can be good. A lot of times, big games are just plain too involved for one person to do without it taking over a year to finish. Think about this, then write your next review.
P.S. If you look into my profile, you will notice I have not submitted something to newgrounds. I am not a hypocrite, as I have used many other languages to make games. I have used Flash as well, I just havn't finished anything I feel confident enough to submit.

I have to agree with all of your points, these are exactly what I think!
Thank you =D

Funny and simple, but not so interactive

YAH

REDO

i enjoyed the game as a whole, but there where a few places, that i would have to do over and over agian. if you get stuck in a given area, (becuase you cant beat an enemy) you might have to hit them agian. overall, 8 out of 10 and i am looking foward to what happens in the next installment.
