I hated it
This has the exact same problems with 1001 wishes. story dragged on for too long and u played the song twice again! im not saying that u dont have talent its just i dont like what your doing with it.

I don't like this because Newgrounds doesn't need soppy Chinese stories. I don't think the soundtrack suited it and got very tedious when you just kept repeating it. Plus, it took ages for you to get to the message and when you did I felt disappointed...This was not good at all. The graphics were basic but OK, I guess.

Except it wasn't. This came out WAY too quickly after 1001 wishes, I see now how little effort it takes to make these flashes. It was long. it was boring. the Plot was OK, but still only made up and still only about some wierd topic. If you found a True story and animated it with something besides loops, maybe even threw in some music in english, I would vote 5. But it's now obvious that you throw these together and say "haha! I'm gonna go rack up points because these people wont see the crappy animation, only the touching storyline!" not deserving of a five. Write a novel, dont clutter newgrounds with your ten minute loops.

Poor flash
Try to fix the joints of those characters and please don't make the boy so ulgy, he always laugh when the subtitles said that he was sad. Most of all, when he did cried, it seem as though he became so old, with wrinkles.
As I'm from Hong Kong, I study both chinese history and mandarin, hence I knew the war well, it lasted 8 yrs but the kid didn't grow even an inch, plus the song you choose was a love song...........
Try harder next time!!!
