Why was she crying? Surely she'd be wetting herself or looking confused, but she wouldn't be crying. Also, you can say what you want about 9/11 but it wasn't cowardly. I'm pretty sure you don't have the guts to hijack a plane and kill yourself in it because you're being oppressed. What isn't brave is flying over to another country in a plane and destroying most ground troops, then sending your ground troops over to kill them in a horrendously one sided battle.
And what is the point of this movie anyway? Are you preserving memories or just increasing your batting average by the strange patriotism most of Newgrounds has for the USA? And if the former, I can't imagine you making a movie with an Iraqi soldier, standing up for his political beliefs, his country and his religion, only to see an American fighter jet stream overhead and drop a bomb on the poor guy, because America doesn't work that way.
A project I'm working on, very slowly, will hopefully make people think twice before blindly supporting their own unelected president. the taliban are in control in a lot of areas in Afghanistan, and most Iraqis aren't too pleased with a foreign force fucking everything up there. I'm not sure whether the political situation is the same over there as it is over here, but I think most Americans didn't wholeheartedly believe the bullshit they were told about the war.
Maybe standing up for the poor people in Iraq who were just seizing at normality until the USA wen over and fucked it up wouldn't be a good idea on Newgrounds, because of the nationalistic pride many of you hold.
Your movie is terrible. The meaning is pretty bad too. And the results of public opinion, encouraged by movies like this, have been even more dire.
