Pretty decent.
It looked good and the fact that you could set different AI:s on the computer was fun. It made it a lot more interactive and I must say that the style of this Tic Tac Toe game was high.
No large filesize, just a perfectly good game to entertain yourself with for a little while.
Oh, I gave you some points for humor for the comments on the computer's AI.
Anyways, keep up the good work!

Nice Tic Tac Toe game
Well, for this sort of flash game, I can't really talk about the graphics since they don't really matter. :S No sound in this flash either, but I'm happy there's no sound since this flash is only 7.4kb. :) This game, I know, it's just a Tic Tac Toe game, but I found it fun, especially setting the computer at certain difficulties such as dumb AI and AI always wins. It was a challenge trying to defeat the AI at the difficulty where you may win if you're first. Nice work.

Perhaps the option of sound, and the choice between changing music as well?
Because tick-tac-toe is an old school game, you're going to need to find some things to do to up the quality. Maybe after so any rounds you could make something "special" happen. I'm not saying to even resort to Hentai photos, but something to urge the player on.
Just a thought.

yes. this is sort of a skin and bones version i did, to see how people would like it. im just gonna improve cozmetic bits on it, like sound and images.
