Great game

I played it pretty far, and there's a few things that might make the game a bit better. The text is either too small or the font is too weird, I had to get up close to my screen to read "Pressing 2 will cycle to this weapon" etc. A few of the weapon noises bugged me as well, particularly the lightning bolt-type ones and the life steal. The music was well-done, I liked that a lot. I'm going to dig up my old copy of Raptor now that this reminded me how fun the top-down shooter genre was.

Im not a huge fan of these scroll games myself but that was an excellent game i must say, the backrounds were wonderfully done as well as the characters and enemys. The only problem i had was that there were no boss fights and the levels were a little lengthy.
Otherwise it was very nicely done and i would definetly play a sequal is made.

holy crap...

I never expected this game to be... this good. Holy shit. It's a good shooter, I like the variety of spells and upgrades. I bet the gravity spells are hard to use (Didn't use them yet.) Incredible. You got just fantastic visuals in this game. The characters, the scenery, the enemies are just fantastic. You put a lot of work into this game and it paid off. Well done. And the levels aren't easy either. A good point. Overall, it's a 9/10

I for one am hoping to see more things like this. Oh was with the things that keep blinking green of was that my computer or a glitch or something? Oh in a sequel add heath bars to enemys and a chart to each enemy name, hp, damage, weakness to certion spells and streagths to some too, and make a rpg version with shops to buy upgrades and talk to people for new levels and stuff.

AWESOME GAME!

It's a really great game. Amazing that you could do it in flash. The animations are great and the gameplay is perfect. Kinda hard, but rocks.
