Great work. Those statistics are scary and not many people (myself included until now) know about them flash like yours should be seen on local tv on primetime all at the same time in every country. Maybe those europeans will stop eating so many ice cream!

Not only was it brilliant Flash but a brilliant message. To anyone who watches this and cares about this planet and the people on it - send it to your friends, get them to forward it on. It's great to see that underneath all the $$$$$ propaganda that we are force-fed daily in the West these little gems are around. There are heaps of ways to be part of the solution; I do not think that it is your job Hatrobot to tell others how to get involved (that's up to the individual and god knows if you're interested you can find a myriad of ways to do so), therefore I think this Flash IS inherently constructive insofar as it is getting people to THINK, and anything these days that is a little carin' and sharin' is bloody welcome. Me personally I donate to Oxfam monthly and WSPA (World Society for the Protection of Animals) and consume minimally, and am a political/social activist. I'm also about to start a university degree in environmental planning and policy...and I donate that money on a disability pension - so if I can do it...

So we all feel bad about ourselves, seeing this animation.
But most people don't change overnight sadly... so 99% will go on, not giving a crap about what they can do for the rest of the world, and keep whining about things taken for granite.
My sister is into the mission field stuff (goes out to help the poor at their country), so she has brought an impact on me. I am thankful for all the gluttonous food we have, especially Romen Noodles.
Alright. You brought the subject up. Do what you can to fix it... Yeah... give food to the poor and 3rd world countries I got that part. But why didn't you start showing all the other things we can do too!? I believed you kind of just concentrated on pointed out how screwed up human kind is... but had nothing much to offer beyond that. In whole, I believe it wasn't very constructive (but well thought... you know your facts).

You've got a great point. I had hoped that my flash would be more constructive, but in many ways I've fallen short of my objective. My hope was that it would have opened more of a dialogue, that people would step forward and start discussing ways that we could confront the problem. It's a question I've struggled with for a long time; what can I do to make a difference? I had hoped that by creating something like this I wouldn't have to feel like I was alone on the matter. Thank you for writing.

As said i do care, but i dont do anything about it. Still not sure what i can do, but does make you think, and as the mind of tomorrow blah blah blah.... it should be shown to as many ppl a possible. Raise an online fund for play during the world cup or super bowl??
